Senior HR Administrator/ Junior HR Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity for an ‘up and coming’ Senior HR Administrator/ Junior HR Advisor to join one of the fastest growing professional search firms in the world. You will operate as part of a global HR function supporting the business strategy. This role will enable you to develop experience across multiple projects and initiatives.

Reporting to: Head of Learning & Development
Location: London

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue offers and contracts of employment for approved new hires
  • Initiate the new hire checklist and process in a timely manner
  • Work with the Office Manager to ensure new hire inductions are arranged in a timely manner
  • Ensure all personnel files are kept up to date and all required documentation is present
  • Maintain and update HRIS and employee directory with any employee changes
  • Send out probation reminder emails to line managers and escalate any issues to senior leadership team where appropriate
  • Prepare payroll files for external payroll bureau
  • Ensure all employee exits are communicated to the relevant departments in a time manner
  • Complete exit interviews for all leavers within the UK
  • Complete quarterly reviews on ‘candidate experience’ with all applicants for Stott and May and report findings to Head of Learning & Development
  • Maintain and develop the different employee benefit schemes
  • Support the Head of Learning & Development with employee Career Progression Plans
  • Monitor and track training sessions for reporting purposes
  • Work with external providers to secure Visa’s as and when needed
  • Prepare MI for Directors on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Working with external providers, maintain Health and Safety standards with the London office and escalate any potential risks to the CEO

Candidate requirements:

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent
  • CIPD Qualified or working towards
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working within a busy
    HR department
  • Experience of working with external payroll bureau’s
  • Experience of working with HR Systems would be advantageous but the willingness to learn new skills and processes will be essential
