Working with some of the world’s most innovative companies, my client is currently looking for an experience Technical Support engineer for an expanding technical team.

The platform they’ve built has enabled them to collaborate with global firms including, Bank of America and Apple to name a few. The successful Tier 2, Technical Support Engineer will join a Global Support Team, liaising with members from Sales, Professional Services and, Development to assist in resolving a wide variety of customer issues.

The successful Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the success of their customers by effectively providing dependable and timely resolution software.

Skills required

*2+ years’ experience providing support directly to enterprise customers
*Some knowledge and experience with Linux
*Basic networking experience and knowledge
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Technical or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS or similar.
*Some experience with Git or other version control software is desirable.
