Stott and May are working with a well-known utilities company based in the Reading area.
They are on the lookout for a skilled Service Improvement Manager.

The CSI (continual service improvement) Manager will be expected to define opportunities and evaluate and create business cases for CSI across Services, Processes, Technology, Functions, Organisational Capability and Maturity across the Service Delivery organisation.

The perfect candidate will be an experienced CSI and Service Management professional who will have responsibility managing all aspects of CSI across the Service Delivery organisation.

What skills and experience are required?

*5 years+ experience of CSI experience across a IT Operational function adhering to global standards
*Knowledge of monitoring and reporting against agreed SLAs, KPIs and BAU objectives
*Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, the capability to listen and influence, and proficiency in process management
*Worked in an IT Operational Environment
*Experience of working with SLAs, OLAs,
*Creating baseline data and information and working with CSI models
