A leading consultancy in South Wales are recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Analyst on a long-term contract basis for a major change programme.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be needed to take calls and provide front line troubleshooting and diagnostics expertise, manage open incidents and support their leading services that they offer.

Skills and Experience required:

-Service Desk Analysis expertise
-SQL, Linux and Microsoft Operating Systems & Applications experience
-Ability to work to SLA’s
-Knowledge of Active Directory and ITIL
