Knowledge:

*An awareness of Best practice frameworks such as ITIL
*Use of Service Management tools used in an ITIL environment.

*Strong communication skills
*Ability to remain focused on Service SLAs
*Excellent team working (good collaboration and negotiation skills)
*Ability to focus on completing tasks productively

Technologies:
*MS-Office
*SharePoint – (Desirable)
*Sunrise Sostenuto/Service Now – Service Management Tool – (Desirable)
*Knowledge of Client Server Applications

** The role will require flexible working in shifts between 08:00-16:00 and 10:00-18:00 to cover Service Core Hours which are 08:00 to 18:00. **
