Support the Head of Demand and Service Management within Mainframe Services with various activities.

Main tasks/activities:
-Software and License Management
-Process and Project Management
-Outsourcing Project Support
-Internal Organization
-Business (internal Customer) Demand Management
-Risk Management

Technical skills
*Excellent understanding of Service Management processes (ideally certified, i.e. ITIL)
*Process mapping
*IT Outsourcing experience
*License & Contract management experience
*Affinity with Data Analytics, Reporting and supporting tools
*Project Management skills (ideally certified, i.e. Prince2 or PMI)
*Sound knowledge of Software Life-cycle and License management
