Senior Technical Support Analyst – Sharepoint/ PowerShell/ O365
A Senior Technical Support Analyst,is required by a leading organisation based in Reading, where you will be responsible for dealing with and supporting complex SharePoint and Custom Application solutions both on premise and cloud based.
As the Technical Support Analyst you will be someone who can hit the ground running, is technically very competent and has solid experience in building and maintaining SharePoint farms and dealing with complex Search issues and configurations.
Along with the above the Senior Technical Support Analyst will also have the following skills:
– Comfortable in client facing situations
– Good experience with O365 / M365
– Very competent with PowerShell scripts (writing and running)
– Able to multi-task, handle pressure and to lead more junior members of the team with complex incidents and problems
– Familiar with support Azure based solutions and day to operations and monitoring
