My client is looking for an experienced SAP HR Payroll consultant to configure and create a new SAP payroll in an existing mature SAP On-Premise HCM implementation. You will be responsible to assess the impact on the existing system including the impact on Batch schedules and other payrolls already running. You will also assess impacts on linked ALE’ed SAP FICO system, possible New Company Code/House Banks/BACS processing and SuccessFactors – Assessing impact on any existing processes for LMS, P&G, Succession Planning & Recruitment.

Ideally, you will have strong experience in the following;

– Experience configuring and creating a new SAP payroll in an existing mature SAP On-Premise HCM implementation.
– Experience assessing impacts on linked ALE’ed SAP FICO system.
– Experience in assessing impacting of other HR/Payroll Data Input processes, such asPurchase of Annual Leave (POAL), Flex Bens, Pensions Salary Sacrifice, Automated Hours Data Capture
– Assessing impacts to existing Payroll and Time Schemas to accommodate new payroll area
