This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and versatile individual to join a dynamic team of recruiters, working for a prestigious global organisation.

My client is looking for a recruitment coordinator to join their Flexible Resourcing Recruitment Team. You will be responsible for the hiring, on-boarding, and management of ‘flexible resource’ globally, such as contractors and sub-contracted staff. You will be liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external. You will be able to manage and support our suppliers e.g. recruitment agencies and be able to advise hiring managers on capability, timescales and pricing.

– Previous recruitment experience
– Adaptable and flexible
– Able to work under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines and prioritise workload
– Experience using HR Systems
