a Well respected company based in Basingstoke is on the look out for a Major Incident & Problem Manager to join their fast paced team!

You will have responsibility for both hands-on Major Incident Management, and at all other times the Problem Management of prior major incidents.You will apply standard incident techniques to ensure disruptions to service stability and outage times are kept to a minimum.

You will need to have:
– Proven experience working with in 24/7 IT operational Environment
– Proven experience delivering CSI (Continuous Service Improvement) to the business
– Proven Experience in Major Incident Management with in a large company
– The ability to translate between technical language and business language
– The ability to understand and articulate the business impact of a MIM with in a business
– Experience performing and coordinating RCA and trend analysis, using established techniques
