IT Continuous Improvement & Tooling Manager*
We are on the lookout for an ‘IT Continuous Improvement & Tooling Manager’ to join one of the UK’s biggest and well-respected companies.
This is a dual role accountable for leading the Service Process & tooling function whilst also delivering CSI to IT Services and being responsible for IT Tooling strategy across IT.
This role also includes Configuration & Asset Management along with Capacity & Performance Management.You will use methods from quality management to learn from past successes and failures with the aim of to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of IT processes, tools and services.
*Accountable for the IT Tooling strategy, covering Service Management Tools and Monitoring/Event Management
*Facilitate the rollout of processes to the company’s IT and suppliers
*Progress the development of appropriate automation and tools to improve service delivery
*Manage the ITSM Factor Roadmap which aims at improving services processes and tooling
Knowledge and experience:
* Must be an ITIL guru!
*Proven experience working within 24/7 IT operational environment
*Proven experience delivering CSI for the business
*Proven experience of coordinating taking a lead role with at least 1 report
*Deep understanding of sprint methodologies
*Experience in managing internal teams and suppliers to deliver CSI initiatives
*Broad knowledge of service management and CSI technologies
*Experience of Tooling System Management
Education and Qualifications:
*Educated to a degree level or equivalent
*Related ‘ServiceNow’ professional qualifications are beneficial
*ITIL v£ Expert
