Incident Manager

*Represent the client in various meetings all through the day like Start Up meeting, Triage meeting and Incident Review Meeting.
*Manage the expectations of the stakeholders and bridge the ‘Hearts and Minds’ of the client.
*Maintain the Incident Management System with up to date status as the metrics are used for executive Level reporting.
*Challenge the incident owners on the severity of the software incidents using analytical, technical and problem solving skills to align Program objectives.
*Report the status of incidents in daily, weekly and adhoc meetings
*Liaise between Application Engineers, IT and Software Development Representatives on a day-day basis to progress resolution on product enhancements and software incidents.
*Use Project Management Frameworks to expedite, manage and control the software incidents.
*Facilitate the process of analysis, development and delivery of Product Enhancements
*Facilitate the process of analysis and delivery of software incidents.

*Communication skills
*Meticulous organization and follow-up skills
*Fair knowledge on Software Development Lifecycle
*Microsoft Excel skills
*Reporting skills
*Early starter (Daily Start Up meeting is at 7.30 AM)

Desirable skills:
*Technical knowledge in using Dassault Systemes’ 3DExperience Applications
*MBA or engineering degree
*Project Management
*Certifications (Prince2, PMP, etc)
