The HR Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering high level business requirements and understanding the key change impacts involved. The BA will be responsible for running workshops with business and IT stakeholders and supporting the IT technical team with preparation of the high level solution design. The BA must have prior Banking experience, preferably within the HR function.The BA must have experience of SAP SuccessFactors.
