A well known and loved retail brand is on the lookout for a Hardware Support Analyst based in Slough.

The IT Service Support team is responsible for all user 1st and 2nd line support, including capturing and monitoring requests and providing technical support and advice to users. As a Hardware Support Analyst, you will work in a team who will also be responsible for delivery and development of the core IT infrastructure – desktop, servers, voice & data and printing.

The Tech Sack:
*Able to convey information clearly through a variety of methods.
*The ability to interpret and follow technical procedures.
*Experience of using help desk/incident management applications.
*Able to work to tight timescales and deal with users who have differing priorities.
*Experience with, Microsoft MCP, PC Hardware, HP Switches, IT peripherals, Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 and 365, Windows 7/8, Citrix XenApp, Exchange Server, Active Directory.
