Customer Service Delivery Manager required for a continually successful company that lead public cloud infrastructure services providing Fanatical Support worldwide.

Roles/Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Delivery Manager you will be involved in strategic leadership and planning of pre and post-sales as well as building rapport and continuing to develop already established relationships with stakeholders and customers. With this in hand you will also be expected to ensure customer service is delivered to a high quality resolving issues within status, production, delivery and billing enquiries.

Skills/Experience:

*Strategic and operational focussed in managing large corporate accounts
*Strong service delivery experience, ITIL
*Managed service background
*Commercially focussed
*Effective communication and motivational skills
