CPO Change Manager – France

*Define and lead change management plan for INPRO (program management process) and INPRO.net (Dassault PLM software) evolutions and transformation
*Lead INPRO and INPRO.net training definition and deployment
*Lead INPRO.net Key users network
*Lead WIK’INPro deployment (internal wiki on process and tools)

*Apply a structured methodology to lead change management when INPRO and INPRO.net evolves (change impact assessment, teams involvement, communication to management and teams, training and coaching)
*Integrate change management mindset into the PLM projects and the newPLM transformation project
*Create communications plan, training and coaching plan and deploy them
*Support communication efforts and training efforts by being an experienced trainer
*Assure CPO/PLM trainings are always up-to-date and aligned with business needs as well as WIK’INPRO
*Propose innovative communication and training tools
*Manage confirmed trainers in all regions
*Make key users network efficient and active

Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a transversal position
Experience of transversal project management
Strong knowledge of project management
Certified trainer with training experience
Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and active listening skills.
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
Open minded & good understanding of multicultural environments
Ability to “think out of the box” to propose new way of communicating and training
Fluent in English, another language will be appreciated
