I am working with one of the largest hiring organisations in the Thames Valley and the largest in their sector as they go through a major internal transformation.

This change has been underpinned by a cultural change in the business and looks at the business bringing the ITIL capability in-house, having previously been outsourced.

Within the role, you will join a number of ITIL v3 professionals in changing the business processes.

Key experience;
-Significant Experience working in an IT Operational Environment and a good understanding of technology and operational security
– Ability to deliver continuous improvement against agreed criteria and measurement of the successful outcome
– Significant experience of working with SLAs, OLAs, creating baseline data and information and working with CSI models including the 7 steps process, Deming and the CSI Model
