A well-known and well-respected company whom are based in Basingstoke are on the lookout for a Supplier Demand, Performance & Commercial Manager to join their team after undergoing a huge IT restructure.
You will be accountable for leading the Supplier Demand, Supplier Performance, Service Level Management & reporting. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all key services being supplied, have agreed service levels and performance reporting in place, which are being assessed and that service partners are held accountable for their SLA achievement on a regular basis.
Experience and Knowledge:
*Proven experience delivering robust supplier management function, and in achieving cost optimisation of supplier contracts.
*Delivering and effective demand and delivery function
*Experience in the leadership of Software Asset Management
*Experience in managing suppliers
*Good understanding of cloud services and consumption management techniques
*Experience in the relevant ITIL processes for Service Request
*Experience with SLA performance
