Azure Support Analyst (Third Line) – ToM, ITIL

In view of building a new Azure Cloud based Business Intelligence platform, this industry leading client are looking to hire a seasoned Azure Support Analyst to support them through this greenfield programme.

They have recently completed the discovery phase of the programme and will be entering phase 2 in the coming weeks. You will be joining a small and dedicated team of highly professional and highly experienced people to deliver this very important Cloud BI tool. It is estimated to be 18 months before the solution enters in to BAU.

The initial part of your role will be to assist the team in the build phase. This will consist of working with architects, data scientists and senior stakeholders and be adaptable in the process. From there, you will resume 2nd/3rd line support, some release management and deployment of new resource duties with a view of operating across the BI platform.

The required skills are;
– 2nd/3rd Support experience.
– Azure Cloud experience (this is a must).
– ITIL background.
– Target Operating Model experience.
– Working on greenfield programmes/from inception.
– Experience in building a BI platform on Azure.
– Ability to think and act on your feet with conviction and execution.

The desirable skills are;
– Experience of BI/Data Analytics
– CI/CD
– DevOps
